Problem:
I am able to login Inventory, however, the program sits in the taskbar and I can't open/maximize Inventory. How do I Maximize the Inventory window?
Solution:
Please try the following
1. Login to Inventory using the invadmin account
2. Right click on the Inventory tab present in the Taskbar, it will open the context menu (if you didn’t get the context menu then press Alt+Spacebar)
3. Select the “Maximize” or “Restore” option from the context menu that pops up.
4. It will open the Inventory application Window; click on Exit from the Inventory File menu (File > Exit)
5. Retest.
