Problem: Error message when trying to add a user from ELN to ChemBioOffic Enterprise

Solution:
Description: When trying to create a user in COE 10 that already exists an error indicating “account already exists” is displayed
Steps to add the user:
1.Log into COE with and user with administrator privileges.
2.Go To Manage Users
2.1.Click Add User
2.1.1.Click Select Oracle User
2.1.2.Scroll down the Select a User box and select the user created with ELN
2.1.3.Click OK
2.1.4.The User Name and Password information will be imported
2.2.Finish adding the user details in the Add New User form and add the desired roles
2.3.Click OK
3.The user will be added to COE
