Solution:
Revvity Signals will provide commercially reasonable efforts to support E-Notebook in a Citrix environment. Revvity Signals does not validate products in Citrix environments and may request customers to include a Citrix subject matter expert in troubleshooting a particular issue. If such efforts do not isolate the problem, Revvity Signals may request that customers replicate the issue on a physical machine outside of the Citrix environment to proceed with the investigation.
