Problem:

Plug in error message when opening a Registration structure link from Inventory by clicking the Reg Bacth ID link


Solution:

The Registration website called from Inventory was defined in Internet Explorer as belonging to the Internet security zone and the plugin is not allowed in that zone. Change the security zone to Local intranet or Trusted sites.
