Product: ChemBioOffice Enterprise
I can no longer import a file with a list of registration or sequence numbers into a ChemReg search or BioSAR Browser Search. I was able to do it until recently on ChemReg and BioSAR version 7.2 and 8.1.
There is a bug in the ChemOffice Webserver software where a cookie was set to expire in the year 2005. In order to renew the effectiveness of these cookies you must go to the ChemOffice Webserver .asp files that refer to those cookies and change the expiration date.
If the following procedures are not crystal clear or if you (justifiably) feel uncomfortable modifying the .asp code of the WebServer applications then please do not hesitate to contact Enterprise Support for further instructions. mailto:esupport@cambridgesoft.com.
