Why are the calcualtions I set up in my protocol no longer giving the correct result?

Often, after having configured and reconfigured a protocol many times, calcualtions no longer yeild the correct results. This is a known bug. To remedy this problem, create a duplicate protocol and import the data into the new protocol.
