Problem:
Why aren't my changes to the preferences being saved?
Solution:
Preferences are stored on a machine in a cookie. For this reason, your browser must be set to automatically "Check for newer versions of stored pages".
To set your browser:
- Select Internet Options under the Tools menu.
- Select the General Tab (if it isn't already selected).
- Click on the Settings button under Temporary Internet Files.
- Select the Automatically radio button.
- Click OK.
- Click Apply.
