Problem:

Why do a receive an error when trying to log into BioAssay HTS?


Solution:

Some users trying to login through the BioAssay HTS client may see the following error: 

runtime error ‘372’ failed to load control ‘ElasticOne’ sizerone.ocx.

ChemDraw for Spotfire, and possibly other applications, may register sizerone.ocx in a different place then BioAssay HTS.  In BioAssay HTS, the registered sizerone.ocx is in WINNT\system32.

To use BioAssay HTS, unregister the additional sizerone.ocx.
