Problem:

If we try to create a new application, the ChemOffice WebServer generates an error message: WebServerAdmin error '800a0046' Access denied.

Solution:

This is most likely a permissions issue. Try setting Everyone full control to the chemoffice directory and if this doesn't work, to the wwwroot directory as well. Once it is working you can go back and restrict the permissions if necessary.

In addition, the directory containing the cfw file you are converting must have Everyone full control.
