Problem:

I get the following error when clicking on any of the links on the ChemOffice.asp page:

Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0009'
Subscript out of range "[number:0]'
/sample/global.asa, line 911

Solution:

If IIS was installed on a drive other than C, like the D Drive, this problem might occur. If IIS is on the D drive, you will have to edit ChemOffice web app's /config/cfserver.ini file so the paths are correct. Here is the entry in cfserver.ini which is the likely culprit (you should change C: to D: if IIS is on the D drive): TEMP_DIR_PATH=C:\InetPub\wwwroot\chemoffice\cfwtemp

First try this on sample/config/cfserver.ini. If it works there you should change them for all apps.
