Problem:

I am unable to use the back button to go back after entering ChemACX.


Solution:

ChemOffice Webserver application contains multiple frames. Clicking the back button may cause only a single frame to reload its previous content. Use navigation buttons provided by the application. Use "New Query" to return to search form or "Log off" to return to ChemOffice.asp page.
