Problem:
I have restarted the webserver, but the changes I made do not seem to have been recognized.
Solution:
If you edit or delete files pertaining to ChemOffice WebServer, you will typically need to restart IIS services before the changes will take effect. You can use the IIS Management Console to do this or you can use the Start and Stop batch files we have provided to start and stop IIS services.
