When I draw a substructure and hit the search button using ChemOffice Webserver 2000, I get an error message on the results page - "decode failed".

When I draw a substructure and hit the search button using ChemOffice Webserver 2000, I get an error message on the results page - "decode failed".

Have a look at the chemoffice\cfwtemp directory and be sure it and all subdirectories have full access/everyone. The cfwtemp directory is where the decoder tries to output the .cdx file and if it doesn't have write access, the decoder will fail.
