When a user clicks on a link for one of the web applications, like ChemACX, they get "Lockit error  '800a01ad'  ActiveX component can't create object."

When a user clicks on a link for one of the web applications, like ChemACX, they get "Lockit error  '800a01ad'  ActiveX component can't create object."

This is a WebServer 98 issue only. This would indicate that there is no one logged onto the server.  Someone must log onto the server as administrator, and STAY logged on. For security purposes, you can lock the workstation instead.  In ChemOffice WebServer 2000, it is not necessary to be logged on to the server.
