ChemOffice menu does not appear in Excel. How do I load ChemDraw for Excel?
Solution:
If you are using ChemDraw version 25 or later, you need to make sure you have used the second installer for ChemDraw Applications in addition to the ChemDraw installer.
The ChemDraw installer only adds the ChemDraw application, which does not include ChemDraw for Excel.
