Product: ChemDraw
Pressing Command+Tab does not switch the cursor to the lasso tool. Instead it switches to a different program I had opened.
There are two reasons why this might happen:
1. Some versions of Microsoft Office install a control panel called "Microsoft Office Manager". This control panel takes over the control of Command+Tab, and allows you to toggle between open applications. You would need to disable it in your Extensions Manager control panel, and restart your computer to disable it.
2. Newer MacOS's have taken control of the Command+Tab feature and have mapped these keys to the ability to toggle between open applications. In this case, you would need to use Control+Command+Tab to toggle between a drawing tool in ChemDraw and the lasso tool.
