Changes to the SQL Server database location in the Security System Administrator, System Administration tab, Security System web service field do not hold. How can I change it to reflect the proper server name?

If running SQL Server, connect to the database through SQL Server Management Studio. Server Type: Database Engine Server Name: Authentication: SQL Server Authentication Login and Password required Connect Select Databases, ilab, Tables Find dbo.ilabsysinfo table. Right-click on dbo.ilabsysinfo and select “Edit Top 200 Rows”. Set the servername for AuditTrail_URL and Security_URL. (Set servername for License_Server if required) Save and exit. Verify: Go back to Security System Administrator, System Administration tab, Security System web service field and verify the server name is correct and the connection is successful. If running Nexxis, start the Nexxis Administrator, System, Application Databases. Open each connection and point to the correct database. Reboot the server. Recheck all database connections.
