Problem:

In the online version, search results displays first 5 reactions or results and when there are more records found, it refuses to advance to the next 5 or remaining records. This happens using #records button or the arrows near this button. When you click on the last displayed rec (#5) the information displayed is of the first record!


Solution:

First check your browser settings to make sure cookies are not turned off. Also make sure that if you have a software firewall program that it is not turning cookies off. For example, ZONE ALARM has a cookie or privacy setting for allowing cookies if there is no personal data involved (MAX PRIVACY). If you lower this to the next level, which still allows bare minimum, data and no third party cookies or popups it should work.
