E-Notebook crashes to the desktop with an error containing the following text in the Windows Application Event Log: Faulting module name: ChemDrawCtlConst11.dll, version: xxx while clicking on any section that shows chemical structures

This can be caused by a mismatch between the E-Notebook version and the Chemdraw ActiveX component installed. Additionally if you install two different versions of the Chemdraw ActiveX component, the error can still occur even if one of the two components is the correct version for your E-Notebook release. Remove / Uninstall the old Chemdraw ActiveX component and keep only the recommended one for your ELN Version You can find your recommended CDAX version in your ClickOnce page: http://servername/clickonce
