Problem:

Unable to rename a folder after creation

Solution:

This will happen when the collection has the 'Fixed Name' listener enabled. To disable it please follow these steps:

Browse to the 'Request Folder' collection
Right click over it and select 'Collection Type Configuration'
Expand 'Collection Listeners'
Select 'Fixed Name' or a similarly named listener
The implementation should display 'ENStandard9.FixedNameListener'
Right click and select 'Delete Section Listener'
Exit the 'Collection Type Configuration' dialog
Save changes
Refresh All
