Unable to delete a section added by mistake in an experiment

When the delete option is disable for a specific section in an experiment a listener attached to that section is preventing deletion. The most common listener used is the 'Required' listener. To remove it and enable deletion please follow these steps:

1. Browse to the location of the section type e.g Everyone>Configuration>User>Base Platform>Section Types
2. Select the section type of the section you wish to delete
3. Right click and select 'Section Type Configuration'
4. Browse to 'Section Listeners'
5. Select 'Required' or a similarly named listener
6. The implementation should display 'ENStandard9.RequiredSectionListener'
7. Right click and select 'Delete Section Listener'
8. Exit the configuration windows
9. Refresh All
