Problem:

A LaunchInformaticsForm property error message appears when opening a section


Solution:

The following error message is displayed when opening a samples section with CBOE integration in ELN:

"Error: the property name '' is not recognized"

This error indicates a problem with the Registration Listener configuration in the section type. To check the configuration follow these steps:

  1. Browse to the section type and open 'Section Type Configuration'
  2. Expand the 'Fields' and then expand 'Properties' select the 'LaunchRegistrationForm' fie and click 'Custom Properties'
  3. The 'Table property' should have a field selected
