ELN Navigation buttons are inactive/disabled while working on in any child sections type.

Workaround:
If we click the mouse pointer in the open space on the same window - the navigation buttons get active again.

Solution:
This is a known architecture issue and has been fixed on E-Notebook 18.1.1.
