E-Notebook Enterprise: When I open the ELN, on my Home page, I don’t see anything in the “open experiments” table

When I open the ELN, on my Home page, I don’t see anything in the “open experiments” table, even though I have open experiments.

The Experiment type could be custom and not included by default in an Open experiments search query.
Go to Everyone - Configuration - User - Global configuration - Section types - Home page - right-click - Section type configuration - Fields - Open Items - Custom properties - SQL query, and add missing collection type by adding a string like OR plural_name LIKE '%custom_collection_name' in the mentioned query; save changes and refresh all.
