An E-Notebook User has problem with Chemical structures in the notebook. When he opens a new reaction section and inserts or draws the chemical structures everything is fine. But after navigating to another experiment or even to another tab and returns back, the structures are not clearly visible anymore – it is fully distrotred.

Applicable Version:
E-Notebook 13.9.x

Cause:

1. I) The 'Current system locale' settings was set to 'Germany' and 'language preferences' from the task bar was set to 'German'.

1. II) Navigate to Control Panel--->Clock, Language and Region-->Region--->Formats Tab--> Additional Settings--> Numbers tab: The 'Decimal symbol:' was set to 'comma' and 'Digit Grouping symbol:' was set to 'dot'.

Solution:
Changing the two settings: 'Decimal symbol:' to 'dot' and 'Digit Grouping symbol:' to 'comma', fixed the issue.
