Problem:
Home Page and navigation icons get disabled
Solution:
Home Page and other navigation icons may appear disabled. For example,
it can happen after navigating from search results, or after using
'Edit Task' and 'Create Test' in RDLIMS.
Workaround:
Click anywhere in the application to make the icons active again.
