E-Notebook Enterprise: After restarting the client machine, an attachment file in a closed experiment cannot be reviewed now

After restarting Client machine, an attachment file in a closed experiment cannot be reviewed now.

The issue is reproducible only on an environment with the Offline function, if the collection is synchronized with the Offline folder.

The following error message is shown:

WORKAROUND:

Delete the ENOffline folder from the Client machine, and log in to E-Notebook.
