After restarting Client machine, an attachment file in a closed experiment cannot be reviewed now.
Solution:
The issue is reproducible only on an environment with the Offline function, if the collection is synchronized with the Offline folder.
The following error message is shown:

WORKAROUND:
Delete the ENOffline folder from the Client machine, and log in to E-Notebook.
