While installing E-Notebook Client 17.1.1, the following message persists: “Windows Installer Coordinator: Please wait while the application is preparing for the first use”

Please try the following:

1. Go to the Windows Server / Control Panel / Group Policy.
2. In the Local Group Policy Editor, locate “//Local Computer Policy / Computer Configuration / Administrative Templates / Windows Components / Remote Desktop Services / Remote Desktop Session Host”, and click on “Application Compatibility”.
3. Edit “Turn off Windows Installer RDS Compatibility”, and set it to “Enabled”.
