Problem:
Launch Informatics error message when opening an experiment
Solution:
These type errors can occur if the Integration settings are incorrectly set or not corrupted. You can refresh the settings following these steps:
- Log into ELN with the user that experiences the issue
- In the application menu expand the dropdown menu in the top-left corner
- Click 'Options'
- In the Options Window
- Select Inventory' and wait for the page to load
- Click 'OK' at the bottom
- Click select 'Registration' and wait for the page to load
- Click the 'Save' button in the top left corner of the form
- Click 'Close' at the bottom right to exit the Options Window
- Log off and log back in
