E-Notebook "Close" button disappears in Windows 10
In some setups, E-Notebook application window buttons (Minimize,
Maximize/Restore, Close) may disappear from the window title bar.
WORKAROUND #1 (application menu):
To close E-Notebook, use the top-left dropdown menu in the E-Notebook
application, where you can click "Exit".
WORKAROUND #2 (Windows generic commands):
"Windows" key + "Down Arrow" key (or "Up Arrow" key for reverse action)
will switch consecutively between 3 positions -
maximized/restored/minimized - of the active application
window. For example, if the window is maximized, press "Windows" key +
"Down Arrow" key to restore. After that, if you press "Windows" key +
"Down Arrow" key again, the window will be minimized.
Use the Operating System hotkey combination Alt + F4 to close the
active application window.
You can also double-click on the application window title bar to
maximize/restore.
WORKAROUND #3:
With multiple display setup (e.g. laptop and external monitors), the
issue can happen when closing the laptop lid, e.g. when the user does
not need that display. In this case, the laptop monitor can be excluded
from the display array. In Windows, go to Settings -> System
-> Display -> select the laptop internal monitor in 1-2-3
display layout -> Multiple Displays -> Disconnect this
display.
