Problem:

Azure Information Protection freezes E-Notebook


Solution:

When a Word section is created or edited, the Azure Information Protection pop-up screen is open behind the ELN application waiting for user’s action. The issue is that to users it looks like the application is frozen.


WORKAROUND:

Disable Azure Information Protection add-in in MS Office.
