Problem:
Unable to access User Guide in E-Notebook
Solution:
PROBLEM
Users are getting the following error when clickong either "Help" icon
on the toolbar, or "Help "-> "E-Notebook Guide on the menu bar:

"C:\Users\...E-Notebook Guide.chm" does not exist.

SOLUTION
Please check the <helpFile> tag in the ENClientConfig.xml
file. In case of ClickOnce installation - check this file in the
ClickOnce deployment folder on your application server.
If that tag is missing the corresponding server name, please create a
new ClickOnce deployment with ENClientConfig.xml having the correct tag.
