Unable to Copy collections after "AgentInstall64" from Symantec was installed

Right-click on any experiment for Copy may trigger "Error Copying" in E-Notebook 13.x:

Sorry, OpenClipboard Failed (Exception from HRESULT:0x800401D0 (CLIPBRD_E_CANT_OPEN)).

Issue started after "AgentInstall64" (version 14.6.0104.01003) from Symantec was installed.

WORKAROUND:

Remove "AgentInstall64" from installed Programs.
