Rendering experiment shows error message due to low zoom setting in MS Word

The following error message may occur while rendering any experiment on the machine where MS Word default zoom value is low (e.g. 20%):

"Sorry, an error occurred while exporting reactants of section "Reaction" of experiment page "XXXXXX-X": Cannot access individual columns in this collection because the table has mixed cell widths."


SOLUTION:

1. Open MS Word and create a new blank document.
2. In the MS Word application menu -> "View" -> "Zoom" -> set zoom to 100% -> click "OK" -> close MS Word.
3. Log into E-Notebook and try rendering, e.g. Sign and Close.
