Error 0x80040155 when browsing Office sections in E-Notebook
Solution:
The following error message occurred while trying to open Word or Excel
sections of ELN experiments:

the command bars, Interface not registered (Exception from HRESULT:
0x80040155).

After this error was shown, the application got blocked, and the only
way to move away from the error message was killing the process in Task
Manager.
SOLUTION:
The issue was resolved by installing recent MS Office updates.
