Problem:
Unable to register compound from E-Notebook
Solution:
When trying to register any compound from E-Notebook 13.x, the
following error may occur:

Sample 1: Registration
was not Successful, An Error has occurred [TIMESTAMP] while
deserializing the RegistryRecord instance into an xml string. More
details can be found by an administrator in the server's Application
Event Log.

SOLUTION:
Log into E-Notebook -> [top-left corner dropdown menu] ->
"Options" -> "Registration" -> click the “Save”
button on the right side.
