How to prevent user from copying/duplicating collection reference such as notebook and experiment reference?

Administrator's Guide -> E-Notebook Configuration -> Collection
Types -> Configuring Collection Types -> Contained
Reference Types. If there is no contained reference of a child
collection type (e.g. Experiment) configured for a parent collection
(e.g. Notebook), users cannot paste references to child (Experiment)
under parent (Notebook) in the collection tree.
Users will still be able to paste references into a table (or into a
property list), unless you configure Block Reference In State table
listener (Block Reference In State property list listener). Please
refer to the E-Notebook Administrator's Guide for more information
(just search by the listener name).
