Please try the following steps:


1- Log into ELN as an admin.
2- Browse to Everyone->Configuration->Section Types->Home Page.
3- Right click and select "Section Type Configuration".
4- Browse to Fields->Waiting Documents.
5- Click "Custom Properties".
6- Check "Show Comment textbox".
7- Close the configuration window and refresh ELN (F5).
