How can I increase the time before a user's session is timed out in ELN?

You will have to create an xml file. Steps:


1- Create a new notepad file and paste the following:

2- Save and close the file.
3- Change the extension to .xml (instead of .txt).
4- Log into ELN as an admin.
5- Browse to Everyone->Configuration.
6- Right click and select Import.
7- Select the attached file click OK.
8-When prompted enter the value you want for timeout (in milliseconds).
8- Click OK and refresh ELN (F5).
