Problem:

A user has the submitted for witness rejection for a number of experiments, but he had reopened them and resubmitted and it shows as completed.

However, when I go into the history it shows that it’s rejected. Not sure how to modify to have the rejected experiments removed from the list if they’ve already been modified, and sign/closed and witnessed?

Solution:

Ask the user to log into ELN and go to the home page. Under Documents Submitted By, look for the rejected experiments. Do the following:

1- Right click a rejected entry from the table and select Review.
2- Enter password.
3- Click Cancel Submission.
The rejected entry will be removed.
