Problem:

There is an error when a user tries to save a re-opened experiment.

Sorry, while setting protection type. The Protect2002 method or property is not available because the document is locked for editing.

Solution:

There's a Word document that has some security implemented, possibly password protected. Try the following:

1- Turn off "Track Changes" from all Word documents in that experiment.
2- If any document is password protected, please remove the protection so it is unlocked for editing.
3- Try to save again.
