Hosted Document with Binder is blocked when having content from MS Excel section in clipboard

Solution:

The issue only happens when

SOURCE FILE = "MS Excel Spreadsheet" section
TARGET FILE = Excel file in Binder

The WORKAROUND is to have either source or target Excel file outside E-Notebook while copying/pasting:

1. Export Excel file from "MS Excel Spreadsheet" section (or from Binder) using the "Import/Export..." form tool in E-Notebook.
2. Modify this file in external Excel application outside E-Notebook.
3. Import the file back into E-Notebook.
