We can create maximum 9 samples in our E-Notebook. Where can we change that limit?

Please refer to E-Notebook Administrator's Guide -> E-Notebook Configuration -> Sample Management -> Name Generator:

When "No Padding" property is checked, "Padding Numbering" control is disabled and the users can create as many samples as they want.

As an E-Notebook administrator, please go to Everyone -> Configuration -> … -> right-click on your section type (e.g. Reaction) -> Section Type Configuration -> Fields -> Samples -> Field Listeners -> Name Generator -> [on the right side] -> Custom Properties, and check “No Padding” property.
