I have an issue with user NiC in ELN. Whenever she tries to Export to PDF an experiment, the document header is misaligned. Tabulation is lost between Owner and Printed.

Problem:

I have an issue with user NiC in ELN. Whenever she tries to Export to PDF an experiment, the document header is misaligned. Tabulation is lost between Owner and Printed.


Solution:

Username seems to be too short and that could be causing this issue. Please try the following:

1- Login to ELN as an admin.
2- Browse to User Configuration->Rendering Folder->Document Settings.
3- Go to the Header tab.
4- Add one or two extra spaces before or after the semicolon for Owner tag.

It should go from

Owner: to Owner : , or Owner:
