Problem:

When I log on to ELN I get the following error message:
Sorry, key not valid for use in specified state.

Solution:

Please try the following:

1- Go to Start->Run and type %temp%. Clik OK.
2- Open folder ENOffline folder and delete its contents.
3- Go to the following folder:
Windows 7 - "C:\Documents and Settings\MYUSER\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-21-xxx",
Windows 10 - "C:\Users\MYUSER\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\S-1-5-21-xxx".
4- Order by date (decreasing) available files.
5- Look for two files with the same creation date.
6- Move them into another folder.
7- Login to ELN again.
