E-Notebook Enterprise: Slow performance when using ELN (logging in, browsing experiments/users etc)

Customer reported having very low performance when logging into ELN, browsing other user's notebooks and loading their homepages.

We deleted the User Configuration for one of the affected users and there was a big improvement, they proceeded to erase the User Configuration for all the affected users and had very good results.

The User Configuration folder is found under every user in ELN and can only be deleted by an admin user, after deleted the user can log back into ELN to recreate the User Configuration (it gets recreated automatically).
