Problem:

Cannot work offline in ELN Enterprise.


Solution:


The guys at NIAID reported not being able to work offline, they were getting the following error when clicking on "Work Offline" in ELN

Sorry, there is no collection within user “[user lastname, firstname]” whose type is collection type “Offline.”

To get rid of the error, the User Configuration for the affected user needs to be deleted (it can only be deleted with an administrator user). After the user logs back in the User Configuration will be recreate and he/she will be able to work offline again.
