Problem:
Error creating new notebooks in E-notebook Enterprise
Solution:
The guys at Dow reported not being able to create new notebooks, they would get the following error
Message: Sorry, an error occurred while executing the SQL
"dbo.ENCollection_INSERT_COLLECTION": The statement has been terminated.
Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.ELN_REFERENCES' with unique index
'ENI_REFERENCES_5'. The duplicate key value is (752, 5, 1, ).
The statement has been terminated.
To get rid of the problem we have to delete the User Configuration folder for each affected user, it will be recreated when they log back into the application, resolving this problem.
