Solution for “Memory could not be allocated” issue when login in to ELN

Memory could not be allocated

Error/Issue Description:

Sorry, an error occurred while opening a client connection: While setting up the connection to central database: an error occurred while executing the SQL "## Any SQL Query ##" : Memory could not be allocated

Explanation:

According to our investigation with many customers we found that, this issue/error is observed when all the required parameters on IIS, Server side and DB are not set according to the application pre-requisites.

Temporary solution:

This issue was not observed when the IIS Reset action is performed. How to perform IIS Reset:

1. 1) Login to the application tire as Administrator
2. 2) Click on “Start” go to “Run”
3. 3) Type “IIS Reset” and click “Ok” button.
