According to our investigation with many customers we found that, this issue/error is observed when all the required parameters on IIS, Server side and DB are not set according to the application pre-requisites.Temporary solution:
This issue was not observed when the IIS Reset action is performed. How to perform IIS Reset:- 1) Login to the application tire as Administrator
- 2) Click on “Start” go to “Run”
- 3) Type “IIS Reset” and click “Ok” button.
