Unable to send .png files using Send2v2

PROBLEM:

While trying to send .png files using Send2v2, users are getting the following error message:

Some files could not be sent, see log for more details

----------------------

The log shows:

Error: The file PNG could not be converted.

Other file types go through without any issues.

SOLUTION:

You need to install and activate ChemDraw ActiveX 12 on your server hosting the Send To E-Notebook web service, the same way you did on your E-Notebook Clients. This is a prerequisite for Send To E-Notebook, as per "..\Dependencies\Send2V2 11.0.4.24-1.0.6\Documentation\Send To E-Notebook V2 Installation Instructions.doc", section 2. Prerequisites.
